"Crash Course" Clinics or Seminars are a great way to have many people benefit all at once. HPSC can accommodate far away teams by bringing the clinic to them. Swimmers, triathletes and Coaches will have the ability to learn and ask questions both in and out of the water.
Should I bring HPSC to my team/club?
Are you a small team, or a team that has a lot of ambitious coaches on staff? HPSC will provide the knowledge and in-pool experience needed to enhance the swimmers talents and performance. This will also provide opportunity for the coaches to learn different perspectives on how to utilize drills, explanations, stroke diagnosis and seasonal plans/cycles.

What is Required for a HPSC "Crash Course" Seminar?
During a HPSC Crash Course Seminar, we will be doing a combination of in-class and in-pool. In-class will need to be in a room where we can display a screen or projection. In-pool will require a certain amount of pool space dependant on how many participants. Depending on demand we can also have the Crash Course Seminar run over 2 days or run them back to back.
